The transaction is valued at US $1 billion and will be paid in a combination of cash and stock.

With the Winter 2025 release, Vincent AI introduces significant new workflows for litigators, including audio and video capabilities for transcripts and depositions, research workflows backed by 850M+ court records, and a new Build an Argument workflow combining case facts with relevant law. This is in addition to the launch of Hong Kong and three new countries with native workflows in Vincent AI.
