The transaction is valued at US $1 billion and will be paid in a combination of cash and stock.

vLex launches Vincent Spring '25 release featuring intelligent agents, user-created workflows in Studio, new summary tables for document collections, general assist, AI model upgrades, and more.

With the Winter 2025 release, Vincent AI introduces significant new workflows for litigators, including audio and video capabilities for transcripts and depositions, research workflows backed by 850M+ court records, and a new Build an Argument workflow combining case facts with relevant law.
